Shipping: All shipping rates are displayed at the checkout. Standard Shipping starts at (AusPost) $14. Express Shipping starts at (AusPost) $20.
International Shipping: We do offer international shipping only to New Zealand, the United States, and Canada. If you are wanting to order and live in another country, please contact us for a quote!

Dispatch Times: Please allow 3-5 working days for order processing.
Shipping Times: Due to COVID-19 and the delays it has caused we are unable to provide an accurate estimate of shipping times.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, your email will also contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Invoices: Invoices are included in your parcel.
Returns
When purchasing, please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If your item is damaged or faulty we will replace the product or, if we do not have a replacement available, a full refund will be processed. If this occurs please let us know as soon as possible by completing the form on the Contact Us page, with your order number and a photo of the damaged/faulty item. Once photos of the item are received, we will determine if a replacement or refund is required, and will notify you via email of the outcome.
