Upcycling

Like many of you, our home is scattered with a myriad of candles. I don’t think we have any rooms without one! Some we have purchased, some have been given to us as gifts and of course, many are now of our own creation. I am sure many of you can relate when I say, we’ve also ended up with a lot of empty candle jars! But what to do with them? It’s always seemed like such a shame to throw them away and they can’t all be repurposed. 

When we started making candles, it was only natural that the boxes and boxes of empty jars be reborn into a new candle. We were quite surprised when our family and friends couldn’t tell that the jars weren’t new. Of course, we had made sure the containers were clean and presentable and this sparked our idea to sell these at markets. 

Eventually has our collection of second hand jars was finite, we pivoted into offering a refill service for candle jars. Any candle jar, either our own or any other brands, we can remake into a new candle for you. The price of the a refill candle is based on size of the jar and you can choose any fragrance from our range.
